Delivery Times

If you order is placed before 2pm the items will ship the same day, otherwise they will be shipped the next working day. We do not ship on weekends.

United Kingdom
(England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

We currently offer 2 options for shipping within the UK. Standard 1st class Royal Mail post. This does not offer any guarantee but compensation may be claimed for the loss of items up to a certain level. Please note that we always obtain proof of posting.

UK Recorded Delivery: This option requires a signature for delivery and offers proof of postage and compensation up to a certain level.

Prices are as follows.

1st class standard - 85p for the first item and 10p for each additional item added to your cart, plus 10p handling fee for total of order.

European Union
(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain & Sweden)

Prices are as follows.

1st class standard - £1.50 for the first item and 20p for each additional item added to your cart, plus 10p handling fee for total of order.

The Rest of the World

Prices are as follows.

1st class standard - £1.80 for the first item and 20p for each additional item added to your cart, plus 10p handling fee for total of order.

Under no circumstances will we despatch goods to Nigeria or Indonesia.

Notifications

When your order has been despatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 1-5 working days (Airmail may take a little longer depending on the availability of flights) All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. Please note, your account will offer up to 5 delivery addresses to be held on record, please ensure you select the correct delivery address.

Returns

We aim for you to be delighted with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not, you may return the item(s), carefully packed and undamaged, to us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund of the original purchase price of the goods (excluding the original post and packing price). We regret that if the goods are damaged on return, we will not be able to offer a refund. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting for the item(s) to protect yourself against loss.
